References to us, our or we in these terms and conditions means Aspire42 Services Pty Ltd A.C.N 639 666 729 trading as Snaffle of Level 7, 1 Corporate Court, Bundall QLD 4217. ‘Snaffle’ is a registered trademark of Aspire42 Service Pty Ltd (ACN 639 666 729).

What is Snaffle? Snaffle is a retailer of electronic, household and garden appliances. The products that are advertised and sold on this website are sold under the trading name Snaffle ®.

If you decide to acquire goods from this website, you will have 2 payment methods to choose from. You have the option of acquiring goods from this website using your own funds and paying for the goods by either credit card, debit card or bank transfer. We call this option “pay now option”. If you choose to pay by bank transfer, we will send you an email with account details and once the transfer is confirmed and funds received by us, you will be able to conclude the purchase.

Your second payment option is to acquire goods from this website using WalletPay. WalletPay is a credit facility (line of credit) that an associated company of ours provide you. Any purchase of goods using WalletPay is subject to the WalletPay terms and conditions, a completed application, provision of information and is subject to credit/eligibility criteria/assessment. If you select to acquire goods using WalletPay, you will be directed to the relevant forms and information.

These terms and conditions govern your use of this website and the purchase of goods using the pay now option. These terms do not cover the WalletPay terms and conditions.

All products sold on this website are new and are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. The length of the warranty varies between products.

Products sold on this website come with consumer guarantees as set out in the Australian Consumer Law which is Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010. The Australian Consumer Law imports certain warranties and assurances into a consumer transaction which cannot be excluded.

Nothing in these terms and conditions looks to limit, exclude, restrict or modify any of the warranties and assurance provided by the Australian Consumer Law.

Claim under warranty

Our response to any warranty related issue is also dependent on the manufacturer’s response to the warranty claim as we will liaise with the manufacturer in this regard.

If the product is defective and the Australian Consumer Law mandate that we must provide a replacement, we will do so.

These terms and conditions and your access to this web site may be terminated by us at any time without notice. All disclaimers, retractions and limitations of liability will survive termination.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws in force inQueensland and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of QLD and any Courts taking appeals from them.
